By purchasing the listed products on this website, you agree with the amount committed and the order will not be negotiable.  All confirmed orders are considered final, and binding and payment is due within 24 hours if you choose any method other than instant payment.  Order cancellation is not permitted.

Local shipping options include regular and express.  For orders over $1,000, we may add a Signature on Delivery at our discretion for no extra cost.  We retain photo of the parcel we ship and can share that with buyers on request.  A tracking number will be provided.  Our postage is a flat rate of $11 for tracked regular and $15 for tracked express within Australia at buyer's risk. We can ship to a physical address, PO Box and Parcel Locker. Items are packed to a very high standard. We consider an item is delivered when the tracking shows as Delivered or Awaiting Collection (or similar).

Overseas orders are accepted up to $2,000. The total weight cannot exceed 3kg. The order will be shipped using a standard courier provider that may take up to 35 business days for delivery.  Express shipping overseas is only available for orders weighing up to 100 grams.  The buyer bears responsibility for items in transit.  We consider an item is delivered when the tracking shows as Delivered or Awaiting Collection (or similar).

Bullion storage is available for domestic orders. We store all our bullion at an offsite secure third party owned vault facility within a short driving distance.  This includes bullion sold to customers that choose to store bullion with us to combine future purchases within 90 days. Flat rate postage must be paid when the first order is placed. We may ship the items to you when 90 days has passed.  For any planned orders near the expiry of 90 days, please contact us to request any additional days.

As a duly registered Austrac dealer, we have certain obligations to verify your identity.  We work on a threshold of $5,000. Orders exceeding $5,000 will not be processed for delivery until valid identification checks are done.  This may require you submitting ID to us by email.  While unlikely, we may also request ID for smaller purchases if we have any reasonable grounds of suspicion regarding payment.  Visit austrac.gov.au to further understand the regulatory requirements.

We regularly update our bullion prices for any material changes in the spot price of silver and gold. Any insignificant movement in spot is typically disregarded. We are committed to sell to you at the price displayed unless caused by a technical error or omission.

We are committed to keeping your Personal Information secure in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as amended by the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 (Cth) (Privacy Act).

 Your purchase records and personal details shall be stored as required by law.  We will only request personal information that we need to comply with the law and to process your order.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us using the form below, including your name and order details.  We always strive to resolve matters in a fair manner. 

We publish photos of the actual items you will be buying, and we describe the bullion as best as we can.  Certain bars may have toning or dents and scratches due to age and handling.  Coins in capsules are mint condition unless described otherwise.  Capsules can have minor scratches. If you believe the item you received was not described accurately, you may request a refund or exchange.  Change of mind is not allowed.  Buyer cannot return items that are accurately described, listed as low premium, secondary or random selection.
